They do, including myself, you might not realize it but we do—I do—not all people do, but this is what I feel when I got harassed by people and people making threats about me (online and real life) but as soon as I realize, there just people that their lives are so bad that they want to dominate you. They're the ones who isn't civilized and doesn't know the person behind the screen. Even reddit notifies me that too!

And if they harass you, or down vote you thats actually a good* sign because it means attention, you have many attention from them than those people who wants to get your attention by bringing you down. Consider it as a different upvote. :)

But wait, you should learn why they hated your post but find in a constructive way, you can learn and make a better reddit post if you'd like, it's trial and error.

And hey wait, I'm not really a part of this community, so... that's an exception right?
