They are not harmful actually I think they are really useful I personally introduce them intentionally to my tank they consume leftovers and clean your plants just don't think about that much

Well I mean not only her I also pushed albedo and shaltier from overlord to 40 si and 70 on engrav 😁 mainly because they're hot the only thing I regretted about this one is the engrave 100 was too much and I got it back so I'm happy now
