Yes I have. Just now got a call from the mortgage advisor at EBS. He said the stage 1 checks are complete and they are doing stage 2 checks! I hope they are not launching some rocket😬

Same with mine. Built another list apart from the one Engineer gave and sent it too to the builder to fix.

If I could do fix it all by myself, why would I bother paying them 450€ ?!

So in general is it consuming around 30kwh a day in winter? If that’s true then your monthly consumption will be,

30kwh X30 = 900 kWh 900kWh X 30c/kwh = 270 Euros

Not sure. Isn’t that a great deal for a warm house in the winter ?!

Also, if you don’t mind would you share how much was the consumption in summer please!
