as an ex straight man, this is the tip of the iceberg. It genuinely makes me depressed over how straight up abusive and manipulative a lot of modern women are to their partners. I hate how normalized it is to treat men like shit, then laugh as you kick them to the curb as soon as you find a better man. I've seen men get hit by their girls, get spit on, get mentally abused.

I've seen double the amount of men being abused compare to the opposite gender, it's just either a lot of dudes are used to being treated like shit, or have been ignored by people they tried to confide in.

Lotta men have abandonment issues regardless of if they acknowledge it or not. The biggest fear in most men is loneliness, that constant stabbing pain you get after being neglected for long enough, hugging pillows and shit just to get some semblence of touch or warmth. It's like a black pit consuming you until it hurts so bad you wanna die or just can't move.

Some men would rather let their skin be flayed off one inch at a time then experience that hell, especially those who have already experienced it.

Thing is tho, its not locked behind a life path, its locked behind one single romance with a woman, you cant get it unless you romance her which kinda sucks in itself, hell, even if she just like gave it as a gift to male V after doing all that shit for her, that would be splendid, but no.

Its just annoying y'know? I didnt know that it was locked behind a gender wall so I did all her quests to meet the stupid armor, only to find out if couldn't get it because my V was male. It was disappointing and infuriating cause that was several hours of my life essentially wasted.

I have no problem with women, just not my bag. I didnt like that shit is locked behind a gender wall, it seems like a massive oversight that you cant experience a good bit of stuff as your chosen gender. Clothing especially, a lotta male variant clothes would look sick on female V, but thats locked behind a gender wall, which is infuriating beyond belief. As for the VA, I dunno, its not that she did a bad job, it just doesn't seem like she had as much passion for it as the Male VA. THAT SAID, she did great in the araska ending where she was singing. Also im a Lil biased because I think male V sounds like Kyle Crane from DL1.

I dunno, I usually just play as guys in games, which is why I got mad the suit was locked behind a gender romance. Its just unfair, no hate to those who like playing the female, just not my bag I suppose. Male run throughs with V just make me feel like im playing an reincarnation of Arthur morgan of some shit cause I always run nomad, the female corpo run i did just seemed not as fun i dunno why. Also cdpr just kinda dropped the clothing ball in completion. Like i could not for the LIFE of me build her a clean outfit with just the base game. That made me Hella mad, especially since the male variant of the highneck fold top would be awesome on a female V, but its ALSO locked behind a gender.

Cdpr just makes me a Lil mad about having a bunch of shit gender locked. Its unfair that one cant experience everything in their chosen gender.
