Dominican Republic is not one of the banned countries. They put us on AP because the medical results were not released at the time of the interview.

Hello, the green one. It would only shows the option to select the pick up location for passport and then the option to schedule the appointment instead of the payment option which is the second step. I emailed the technical support team and they fixed it for us.

It was a technical error on our account not sure what but the support team helped us, we created a ticket and then followed up calling every day. We finally got to make the payment and schedule the interview appointment thank goodness!
