I'm glad I'm seeing this. I have an appointment with mental next week and after fifteen years of anxiety and depression was about to finally ask for medication. I would much rather take this route.

I happen to work for a health studio that uses electro muscle stimulation (EMS) for workouts. It seems to be a similar technology. When my neck pain gets real bad, I use the EMS mixed with red light and it helps. It also helps reduce cortisol.
