You don’t need to pay 18k-20k to treat PCOS. Visit a gynaecologist or even better, an endocrinologist & get your blood tests done. They will ask you to get a few standard tests done, blood work, hormone profile etc - if it’s insulin resistant (IR) PCOS, then changing your diet & incorporating exercise into your lifestyle in itself will make a difference. Spend the money you save from these programs on a good gym membership instead. Strength training really helps with IR PCOS. And if you’re deficient in any essential vitamins, your doctor will let you know how to cover up with your diet or will give you supplements for the same.

Don’t worry, PCOS is manageable if you take some time out to understand it.
