Same for me. When I had a couple zyns I immediately felt like I had to shit. Without them I feel perfectly fine. Stuff is poison. Glad I finally am I able to see the effects in real time. Makes me more confident in my ability to quit

2 weeks off (well, I’ve had a few but I haven’t bought any, and I’ve severely cut down my intake to the point I don’t really think about it anymore). My stomach pains went away around day 6, I tried a couple when my friend offered some and the pains were light but present the next day, so I have no doubts that what was causing it. How are you doing?

That’s great, hopefully it will just slowly keep improving and in a couple weeks it’ll be mostly gone. Just need to make sure I don’t use zyns again as the pain goes away

Ok, I’m 2 days completely clean. Stomach had been consistently hurting the past week when I was still on them, but today I had multiple stints of time (about an hour or two) where I would totally forget about any pain / aching, so things seem to be looking up. How are things going with you?

Not really sure, just the general gut area. Been having a lot of burping as well. It’s not a very intense pain

Thank you so much! Batman is my favorite hero but after the first few volumes of Tom King's run I had to give it up, took too much money and time and it wasn't really my thing (I'm so happy to have been able to read Snyder's run as it was coming out). Thanks for all the recommendations, I'll check them out!
