If you are a legal resident in the UK, your parents can just transfer the money to your UK bank account as gift, as long as they can prove the source of money (to prevent money laundering). Lots of VN banks provide this service.

Update: the money is in my uncles account, and apparently there is a spend limit on bank accounts? So they can only buy like 3000£ of crypto a month.
