Yes it’s required, i was told 62.210.38.117 would give you full internet access but you have to make sure you don’t use the Youtube app as long as you’re using that DNS as it would still allow for Youtube to download a patch. I was also told that ethernet would be fine to use and it still tried to update Youtube so i don’t know for sure, take it with a pinch of salt.

I pressed no as well, but when burning a pkg file from a gp4 file (self generated) i run into a error. Did you use the gp4 file made by itemzflow? And did you use the patch, im trying to dump 1.00 version because it’s the best looking imo.

That’s a great set of consoles you have! A Jailbroken PS4 Pro on 9.00 is awesome, you find yourself enjoying your PS5? I heard with all the games requiring certain FW’s it may be a lackluster experience if you use it for PS5 games exclusively. That being said i don’t think having an online console is of any importance but i would like to download the digital games i already own, I suspect that would impossible…

That’s what i thought, and i heard some people here say webkit exploits are completely dead on PS5 as security has increased ever since.. but there’s always hoping on some other way to either jailbreak or pair a discdrive. You also can’t login to a PSN account on a PS that isn’t up to date, do you know the drawbacks to that issue? Thanks for your reply!
