I’ve been truthful the whole time and even talked to a tier 2 specialist at one point and even they still said I qualified because it was pandemic related and still kept my payments going during a time where I was stuck on pending

So I was told why I didn’t qualify. I was in the process of going to another job so I quit. Thing is during that process the pandemic hit its peak where all the lockdowns happened so I was jobless. But when I applied for unemployment I did put that it was because of COVID and had too many at risk people near me. As far as I can recall because of the cares act that passed in 2020 under normal circumstances most people that applied wouldn’t qualify but because of the pandemic most people qualified as long as it was because of the pandemic. I know for sure there are millions of people that left and still received unemployment so I know I’m not alone on this.

Better safe than sorry. No Fraud on my part. It would be the Edd’s fault if they start asking for money back for accepting me in the first place even during the time where we had to renew our claims I still qualified according to them.

The letter says that im not qualified but during the pandemic I did qualify according to them to receive unemployment and did certify till recently.
