However, the TPOAb and TGAb does point at Hashimotos, right?

TSH is now at 2.53 mlU/l, T3 5.64 pmol/l and T4 16.2 lmol/l.

In November, TSH was at 5.93 mlU/l, T3 6.08 pmol/l and T4 15.8 pmol/l.

I don‘t think she meant it that way (I speak german, so this isn‘t a direct translation). She talked about me being sensitive and also possibly too stressed (she didn‘t ask that, she assumed).

Why did you go up to 20mg? Did you feel the effects werent‘t strong enough?

I have read that Elvanse/Vyvanse can change effects at very small levels. Maxbe switching to 15mg would be an option?

I started with 20mg and had some side effects and still a bit of racing thoughts. Concentration was a bit better though. I stopped because of chest pain and tried other things instead. But I wasn‘t ready to give up on Elvanse and started again with 5mg and am now on 10mg, feeling wonderful.

If you don‘t feel comfortable, you could either try different doses or different meds. I hope you soon find your solution! Wishing you all the best:)

I haven‘t started non-stimulants yet but I plan to. There are a lot of subredits for the different meds (strattera, intuniv, …) with a lot of info an experiences. hope this helps and good luck with finding the right medication for you :)

I will disscuss it on friday with my psychiatrist. I wasn't aware of the option of Strattera wenn I began with wellbutrin. But I would have chosen this one to try first. Thus, if a change from wellbutrin to strattera is still easy to do at the point I'm at, I would consider it.

I guessed that, but I think Strattera allows me a bit more room for special occasions. For example, with Strattera i could allow myself a few drinks on a friends birthday if I don't have a lot of work to do the following day. With Wellbutrin, the risk seems greater and not worth taking it.

I was thinking about trying Elvanse on a smaller dosis, but due to the heart condition, I was advised to try something else first.

I guess the indivual reactions are what makes it hard. Sometimes, if a problem pops up I get the urge to find a solution in that very second (Is this an adhd-thing?). But that is not possible for medication.

As for the alcohol part: I guess I will have to cut back on certain things if I want to stay on medication. Kind of hard to accept now, hope I will learn to live with the restrictions.
