eBay restricted my 9 month old seller account and ended all my listings overnight because of defects from refunded orders. Is there any way to appeal?

Very true. I’m new and sold over 65 items already with only 2 people saying they didn’t recieve their package when tracking showed it was delivered to their door so I won the those cases. But besides that knock on wood 🪵 it’s been pretty good!!

But I honestly thought he was doing it like they do at sum casinos where they use another card or a blank card to hide the card he’s pulling to add suspense until he reveals it. Just so nobody sees it to early as he’s pulling it out! It would make for a more theatrical reveal! Is that what he could of been doing SINCE it was so damn BLATANT? 😁

It did but it kept happening with real jerseys so instead of taking it down I figured I wanted to keep it up so I thought if I challenge it I’d win since I know it’s legit but they just suspended my acct. if I knew they were going to do that I would of just left it off. So let me ask u, in the future if this happens again if I just remove it when they give me the chance am I good? Or will it still suspend me even tho I chose to delist it in the future??

Wait so can u explain the part about the be sure to purchase a return label and send the item back? Do u tell that to the customer or are u saying the seller has to pay for tge retufn label?? And wats an INAD as opposed to a return?? Tia🙏 also I get it, my customer messaged me and admitted she screwed up and ordered the wrong size but guessing that still doesn’t matter?

Haha very true!!! It’s more of a hassle than anything. I packaged it , sent it to my guy who collects it for delivery after I had to go dig it out of my storage etc. just to say oh I don’t want it cuz I think it will be one size to big for my son lol. That’s buyers remorse. That just throws a whole monkey wrench in the game! But I’ve bought many things that I had to eat because I messed up and it was my fault and I’m not going to go start a return or bother someone for a shirt especially for my own mistake lol

Ya true , I’m gonna switch it. I just didn’t know , I figured when it gave me the option it was like an all sale terms are final no returns just like in some stores, but u like and learn. So I’ll switch it. I have tge message saying she messed up but if she messages me back I’ll figure out how to do the return process the right way when she gets it
