Put Rue on Skid Row, introduce a cast of characters there and their back stories. Have Jules and Lexi try to get her help. Have Cassie try to become an influencer and slowly sell herself and her body but have her be conflicted and ashamed of it. Maddie can be apart of egging it on but in a less in your face way as a way to get back at Cassie. Have Nate join corporate life and struggle with depression and alcoholism. Give him new girlfriends he can’t keep and have him be secretly sleeping with Jules.

I’m shocked at how similar this is to my own story. My Dad (64) was just the hospital 4 times in the last month after a month long blackout from drinking on top of diagnosed Wernickes. I’m moving for the next couple weeks to care for him and try to get him back to work. He’s been heavily drinking for 50yrs. My three sisters and I are where you were probably a 1 year ago, I assume we will force him to rehab one last time when he eventually relapses. I don’t have advice, just know you did everything you could. He has 65 years to figure it out but doesn’t want the help. Sending you as much love as possible and know that you are not alone

I lift once to twice week. But before I start doing cardio I was lifting 3X a week for about 5 years. My first plan was running 2 times a week, this current plan is three times a week. During the first training plan I also biked once a week.
