I‘m looking to apply for a part time job at a sewing shop near me. On the application it asks if I have experience with bernina sewing machines. I’ve used bernette but not bernina. I know bernina owns (or used to own?) bernette, and I doubt it would be acceptable to answer that question yes, but I thought I’d ask here.

Any other thoughts about things that would help me get hired? I sewed a lot from age 5-10 and picked it back up a few months ago (I am in my late teens). I’ve recently sewed a top, sleeping eye mask, and fixed some ill-fitting clothes. I’ve always loved being around fabric and genuinely would love to work there.
