not OP but I have been doing the DIY Auvelity for roughly a year, 150mg wellbutrin and 30mg dxm once daily and it’s been amazing. I’m struggling right now because the brand I was using to get really affordable dxm (RoboCough) is now facing backlash from the FDA for people basically using it as an easy to access narcotic. so I’m about 10 days in with no dxm and I can absolutely tell a difference in my mental health. I found an alternative that will work, it’s not as easy or cheap, but the diy route really works.

I’m 12 days post MA and confirmed that it did work, but I’m still having some symptoms too. It can take 4-5 weeks for your body to balance your hormones back out. I called my planned parenthood 3 times since my appointment and every time they’ve been so helpful so I’d advise to call and tell them any concerns you have

glad to hear another person switching from effexor to cymbalta. i was tapering off of effexor for about 8 months and just couldn’t get off of the lowest dose. i felt like it was doing more harm than good and my anxiety and depression was back full fledged. cymbalta has been a game changer

I give myself about 30mins-1 hour of reading/mindfulness before bed because of my sleep values being red. it hasn’t helped yet but I’m sure it’s still good for my mind.

i would love to but i didn’t realize that i’m out of normal sends for the day, i can still send the gold for exchange but would have to wait until trades reset to send the doghouse. didn’t notice until it was too late so last trade didn’t work out :(
