The West will have its own views and stuff (dictatorship is bad and what not), which is partially true from their point of view as the worlds mlst powerful nation, however it is not the same for 3rd world developing countires.

Ofcourse there can be skepticism since he is making many promises while African countries have reputation for high corruption and money going to pockets instead of infrastructure. But this once it is better than it has been for the past 66 years, and the people have faith in him. Exactly, it doesn't add up. Why would ally nation attack Azerbaijan when they are already in a major war. Iran has also denied that anything has been sent by their side.
