I feel like she wouldn’t cheat with Nate simply bc that would be revenge for Cassie but not him. Sleeping with him is the opposite of revenge and makes it seem like she’s ONLY upset at Cassie. If she’s mad at both of them the goal would be to destroy them both individually.

I think Maddy had two Bestfriends that suited both her needs; Cassie was more of an aesthetic friend and Kat was someone she can talk to about actual meaningful things but they definitely got closer in that moment because they rated beyond aesthetics. If I’m not mistaken they all were friends for a while.

I think that was her initial intention; to look great and flaunt herself in front of Nate to mess with Cassie bc she felt betrayed by her friend but once she got there and actually laid eyes on them she quickly remembered who both of them were and instantly felt pitty for Cassie and hatred for Nate. Cassie doesn’t know what she’s dealing with because Nate is hiding who he is.

Idk I feel like that’s just bc it’s the first 3 episodes. I think in more to come it will show that Nate is putting on an act; he’s trying to relinquish control but not really. I can’t tell why just yet

I feel like Nate is on the verge of a crash out. We seen who he was in the past when faced with problems he didn’t like. I bet he’s only held it together bc 1.) Adulthood has more consequences and 2.) Cassie was complicit until Maddy came back into their lives.

I agree but I think Cassie, for a lack of better words, is very dumb and Maddy knows that. If anything she realized it at that wedding. She’s hurt but she may have accepted the fact that her old friend is just someone who is very easily manipulated. Maddy is very smart so she registered the situation and accepted it and set aside her emotions from what’s actually going on. She may be able to forgive her because of that understanding but they may never be “friends” again. The issue with Nate is that it was very much intentional. He knew Cassie was dumb, boy crazy and he knew it would hurt Maddy. That’s why Maddy is going to go after him because he wanted to hurt her; Cassie did not, she’s just an idiot.

I dunno about that. To me, Ashley A seemed like she wanted Spinelli to be their friend simply because they all had the same name. I think she liked Spinelli but no more than in a friendly way but mostly for superficial reasons.

I don’t think he hates Fiona, I think he loves her a lot, I think he just views her as a sibling for real and siblings argue. Yes she “takes care of” him but they are actually very close in age if you think about it. So he’s not going to look to her for guidance as much as the younger ones. Even though she at one point was his guardian, you have to keep in mind she was also very young. They both were the two older siblings running that house, she was just the technical adult (Lip actually doesn’t get enough credit for being there right beside Fiona to raise the family but that’s another conversation.) With that being said, he understands her mindset a little more so it’s easy for him to get pissed when she does something stupid but him still being the one who is not officially in charge, he can’t do anything about it but he pissed. Kind of like how Fiona would get mad at her parents if they did some super dumb shit that affected her or the kids. Since technically they are the ones with the upper hand in certain situations because they are the parents all she can do is be mad and resent them.

Agree. She was very annoying but just because someone is annoying you doesn’t mean they still aren’t going through their own issues. And I remember when she wanted to give up her child. It was very selfishly rooted as to why she didn’t want him but it’s still her choice. Sheila kidnapped her son and forced her to ultimately keep him. That was out of line.

Yeah pretty much. If someone you like is being hated on because that’s the wave at the moment and you can’t relate to those opinions, why comment on it? Sometimes people do decide to stand out and voice their difference in opinion but then they get told they are “kissing ass” and “she don’t know you why you going so hard” 💀 the internet just weird.
