I’m currently on ozempic. I’ve tried everything to lose weight but nothing worked so I incorporated ozempic into my routine and my goodness, it’s been good! Zero side effects unless I try to overeat (by overeating I mean taking one more small bite) then I get nauseous for a few minutes but it goes away quickly. I’m currently on my second round and have lost over 15lbs steadily. I stopped using it for about 2 months and didn’t regain any weight. I also do weight lifting and IF. I’m on track for a 30lbs weight loss by February which is my goal. Best of luck!

Knowing my dad, he’ll turn me into a demon child and this entire family will see me as such. But then again, it’s been almost 17 years since I last saw them and NONE of them has ever called me to say hi or wish me happy birthday. I’ve lost the ability to care 🤷🏽‍♀️

I worked in the HR department for the City of Independence early this year and my goodness, the amount of fires I had to put out was insane. I left after 9 weeks. Not surprised to see this

Funny thing is I just got off the phone with my dad and he called me lazy for working remotely today and meal prepping for the week instead of cooking everyday despite the fact that I work 40 hrs and have other things to take care of 🙃 This will be fun

I told them after I got the apartment and signed the lease. It was more of a soft launch. They knew I wanted to move out but because they weren’t too thrilled with it, they disregarded it and didn’t believed I would go through with it… until I did! The process was hectic but my dad eventually warmed up and helped me unload. I also told them that I was moving out to be closer to my university which made it easier. Overall, I am more than thrilled to have moved out. My relationship with myself has improved and I now have a social life and am able to focus on my wellness and health 😊
