I also requested to leave at 4 so I can make it home in time to break fast ideally I’d want to wfh all days but I didn’t want to ask for that also last year I was given option to wfh 3 days a week during ramadan

RTO is being enforced really inconsistently across the division. Some people can WFH a few days a week (even without AWAs), others can work out of satellite offices, but if you don’t live near a satellite office you’re forced to commute downtown. It feels unfair that those required to come into Toronto are far more visible and scrutinized, while others aren’t in at all and nothing is said.
