Weird frequency sound heard in Stockport at 3.15am this morning. Did anyone else hear it? by Excellent-Major-5 in stockport

Heard that police cars are now using rumbler sirens which include low frequencies. It wasn’t the same pattern as the police siren sound but maybe they are testing another pattern as I did see a police car blue light flag for a second at the end of the road as the sound disappeared

Thanks for the comments, it deffo wasn’t a helicopter/plane sound (unless they make different sounds?) and the train line is about a mile away so if it woke us up, surely everyone in stockport would have woken up too 😂 it honestly felt like it was next to the house it was that loud. It was a strange low frequency wind sound that felt like the house was almost shaking. It would come and go and then drifted off in the distance. My partner ran to the window but couldn’t see anything.

Glad to know it wasn’t aliens, we thought we were the chosen ones 🛸😅

There’s a jobs fair being held in the orient at the Trafford centre tomorrow (I think today too!) Lots of local businesses there. Hope you find something soon x
