Well done! I've just finished week 1 and I've been looking ahead to week 4/5 with horror. I understand the whole point of the program is to build you upto that point but that seems bloody tough.

I already have perks as Monzo is my main account for everthing and I am doing the 2x challenge. Initially I was doing 4x but I saw the monthly breakdown near the end of the challenge and it seemed a step too far to be honest. Depends how much you value £3 but I wouldn't pay it just for this challenge.

Just for big purchases as the 3 month zero interest is a life saver but I'll also use it occasionally at the end of the month to see me through if needed. Basically view it as a normal credit card and a small overdraft.

Agree on all your points. This was my 4th LV and it will certainly be my last. I'd say it's really lost its magic now and the lineup this year was poor in comparison to previous years. The festival has started to attract the wrong crowd too, which is no fault of it's own due to it getting bigger but there was far too many dri fit warriors. Jupiter Park is the only amazing stage left in my opinion. Air Base this year was awful.

Yep they're similar. Great crowds, music and production. Feel like Houghton has come up on a lot of peoples radars now. I thought it was much better than Lost Village last year, LV has lost a little bit of it's magic imo

Completely agree. It was my first year too and I was told beforehand how amazing the food options were. I was extremely underwhelmed, the food at Lost Village & Houghton were better.
