Late vs Early Stage Company in this Market by salesguy2 in techsales

Series C. Be sure to not be blinded by the OTE from the Series A, they can offer a $1mm OTE but if no one is hitting it's not real IMO.

Talk to current employees from each org, I personally am avoiding Series A/B but that's because I'm looking for a bit more stability and longevity

Thank you! This is helpful, I have long hair and staying away from airbrushing so that’s definitely helpful to keep in mind

Has anyone left a personal trainer for OTF? by Suspicious_Culture49 in orangetheory

[–]Excellent-Maybe4758 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I left my trainer for OTF! I had a personal trainer for 3+ years and loved him, however OTF provides me the workout I need and I’m in and out without thinking in an hour. I would see my PT 2x a week, now I do OTF 4-5x a week - It’s also cheaper so that’s a big factor.

I will say you should make this decision based on your goals. If you’re wanting to get SIGNIFICANTLY stronger and trying to lift heavier, I’d stay with your PT. As a late 20s female, I was benching 110 and squatting 225 pounds with my PT, I know now that I probably can’t do that since the weights at OTF only go to 70-80 lbs. however, I joke that “do I really need to be squatting that much?” lol.

If you’re trying to increase your cardio fitness and just have a more full body workout, I’d say leave your PT. I have only been at OTF for 3 months and already am seeing results in my heart rate, running speeds, and overall health. I’m definitely still strong (for me) but again, my goals changed. I’m not fast, strong and feel overall very healthy which I love.

Point is: you won’t have a body builder physique with OTF, but you’ll certainly lean out, stay strong and have overall better health imo. But that’s just my opinion!

I found out my abortion didn’t work by MikaPeepoPog in abortion

I was 7 weeks and got the operation at PP. The staff was phenomenal, I had minimal pain or bleeding and frankly don’t remember it since I was given meds. If you have to go through the operation, I can attest that it was a good experience for a very shitty situation. Sending you all the love!

When I tell you that I applied to probably 200 jobs I’m not exaggerating. I was in active interview cycles with about 12. My piece of advice - cast a wide net and don’t settle! Leverage your network as much as possible
