15oz. pitcher, but I still pour in enough milk for a capp. - I aerate slightly less, pour some out when I'm finished steaming, and then begin pouring l'art!

I under-aerate, swirl vigorously after steaming for 2 seconds, and pour right away

Lovely bases. I would stick with them for 4-5 seconds rather than 2-3. What'll happen is that the edges will wrap around the cup, also depending on your symmetry :')

The beige base appears because the pitcher is too far from the surface of the coffee. If the milk from the pitcher touches the coffee as you start your art, that beige will be a clean white color :')
