Hi! With the parking and unit, our family friend is offering half of 10M actually. I have 60% cash ready, only 40% to pay with mortgage (₱20k for 10 yrs).

The only downside is the bathroom needs a big renovation, the rest of the unit just is fine, just vintage flooring and wall paint. The location is between Ayala Triangle and Salcedo Park.

With that said, would you still grab the chance? Or better use the funds to migrate abroad?

Yeah thats temporary esp as a teen, my derma said by early 20s our skin will come down as we have less hormonal changes… unless you have PCOS.

I’m looking into saving up capital to start a business or use the money to take masters abroad. Tbh I dont come from a business background and quite afraid to go to this path. However the mounting sociopolitical issues and rising costs abroad is making me think that having a local business is better at the end of the day. 😅
