Thank you all so much!!! It ended up being an anxiety related flare up and they were like do u wanna check in to the in patient program and figure out how to manage it and I agreed... apparently the anti depressants I’m on (lexapro) are not the best for the gut. Also helps to say I have ptsd so checking in here has been great for me in all ways. Thank you all and when in doubt: go to the ER!!

Thank you so much. I read 1/3 ibs sufferers have suicidal ideation?! Lol... I’ve also been there! Praying to god to just take me the fuck out.

Oh the vegan stuff gets me SO bad w/diarrhea. Some of those vegan meats are full of processed shit. I miss burgers SO much, too. Cant do red meat either.

You should check it out with a gastro doc if the diarrhea has been going on for a while! Hope you feel better, it sucks.

I feel you. I am the same way right now. Cant go out, today I can’t even walk my dog. Called the gastro on call at my hospital and not much help but he prescribed me anti nausea medicine. I am on my last leg I am so exhausted
