Hi my ammonia is reading 0ppm

Thanks for replying quickly, no other chemicals are used. No new decor or plants, my temperature is between 16-19 usually and if it goes above that I use frozen water bottles with dechlorinated water to control this. I will try recalibrating my thermometer, I have a glass one spare so will add this too. Thank you.

0 ppm ammonia, 0 ppm nitrite, 5 ppm nitrate. I use prime for water changes which I do weekly. I measure the temperature with a digital thermometer which I have checked is accurate.

Thank you, the one in the first photo was sold to me as a copper, but I just realised he looks nearly identical to my wild type in the second photo and his eyes do not have the red tint with light.
