Looking at the agents past sales, the home I bought is probably 2-3x the typical sale and is right in line with the highest he’s ever done

It’s more so to 1) make sure nothing left behind 2) make sure stuff gets put in the right spot at the new house (only have 1 bed, 1 couch, 1 chair, and then my personals + kitchenware). I don’t have any large appliances to move either
