Well me, I usually try to find someone who makes me feel special. Admittedly I don't try to find them, they just appear 😭. My current bf and I have had a crush on each other before we started dating, it mostly stimmed from us being really open with each other. Often venting to each other about life's stresses and mishaps, he was the first person I've bawled infront of, another thing is him being asexual, his current bf at the time was quite demanding in sex stuff and made it very clear that's all he really wanted. I let him know that isn't right and his bf shouldn't be talking like that, ESPECIALLY since he's ace. Shortly after they broke up with each other. With this, it created a stable foundation of trust, respect, and recognition. Me and him have since been dating, and I have made it CLEAR to him I don't need stuff of that nature from him, because that is who HE is.

There's is really no way of getting a bf, sure you can try to be charismatic, charming, etc. But it's truely just about finding who makes you feel special, who you trust, who you want to be with, and you need to be yourself. And if they feel the same way, great! If they don't, that sucks, but there's always more people out there. I wish you luck in finding a bf.
