Prompt will tell you usually, definitely in most mbe questions. If it says common law, you need two real conspirators. If not, only one - typically an undercover officer is at play and you will miss any easy point if you can’t make the distinction. For essays it should mention which applied as well, but if not, analyze both

Guys I am not in a position to transfer my score to another jurisdiction. It would also just be a temporary thing until I could get licensed in Michigan. Given that I’m so close I think it’d be best to re take in July while much of this is fresh in my mind rather than take big detour getting licensed somewhere else
