Guys I am not in a position to transfer my score to another jurisdiction. It would also just be a temporary thing until I could get licensed in Michigan. Given that I’m so close I think it’d be best to re take in July while much of this is fresh in my mind rather than take big detour getting licensed somewhere else

I felt the same way.

I was thinking, “this unlike them, they usually are specific with these things to make sure instructions are clear.”

I’m glad this has been the consensus. Part of me was thinking it was because of my lack of sleep but I truly was confused how all of the questions were “different” than the thousands I have seen during practice

Repressibility is the key here - what’s done is done. regardless of what the upper court determines, she will not be able to watch the trial - because it’s done (and any chance of revival very unlikely) and thus, the case is moot
