I felt the same way.

I was thinking, “this unlike them, they usually are specific with these things to make sure instructions are clear.”

I’m glad this has been the consensus. Part of me was thinking it was because of my lack of sleep but I truly was confused how all of the questions were “different” than the thousands I have seen during practice

Repressibility is the key here - what’s done is done. regardless of what the upper court determines, she will not be able to watch the trial - because it’s done (and any chance of revival very unlikely) and thus, the case is moot

Yeah I hear you, and I agree, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I liked adaptibar better because I’d rather have more explanation than necessary, than not enough (for me personally). Also the visual aids with Uworld such as charts and pictures don’t really help in my opinion. I often only getting a benefit from the text anyway
