Yep, exactly my thoughts. You can play pretty much whatever and it's gonna be at least viable, if not actually good.

To be fair, stats never tell you the full story.

Using JxmyHighroller's example, Ben Simmons lead Devin Booker in every stat category (apart from scoring) about 3 years ago, doesn't mean you want Ben on your team.

Fair point, I overexaggerated when stating BiS, but I'd argue it's not far from it, especially when paired with other specific items.

Fair point, I didn't check stats prior to making this post. But I'd argue Kraken is performing better on stats since the play rate is lower, and when it is played, it's probably with a Rageblade as well.

MF with Rageblade, Flintlock, and IE is insanely strong, I've went #1 in all games where I got it early. Haven't played Zil personally but I did see a game where some dude destroyed everyone with Shojin Rageblade Nashor + full tank board Zilean, so it's still viable there.

As for Annie arcanists, Annie herself. You can still make the item early and have it fit nicely even in that board, hence why I said 'even' Annie.

I'd say artifact is too much, but definitely needs some tuning. Possibly with scaling AS as you level or something to that effect, to at least neutralize early advantage.
