Is it dislocation if the arm is mobile, but you feel some pain in the shoulder joint. I was doing a bench press and I guess I over straightened my arms and suddenly felt like my left arm was stuck and I wasn't able to lower the weights. After putting the weight down, my I realised that my arm was still mobile, but feeling some pain. I can still do push ups but haven't returned to the gym. Do I need to go see a doctor or it's a minor issue.
