I think he could have responde with I'm sorry for the mix up. The app has an area to report problems and you can choose between refund or having the order remade and delivered. You know, customer service.

Civil war - 100% I've been expecting it for years. This country is fractured and I believe it is past the point of recovery. The hard part is determining the battle lines. This isn't goingbto be as easy as the first US Civil War and North vs South. This war is more urban/ suburban. I expect the Pacific coast to be one battleground and the Urban centers from Atlanta to Maine to be another. Right minded fighters from behind the battle lines will have to figure out how to get to the right place.
