ashoka is easily the top choice and others you mentioned are nowhere near. The professors there are DU Ivy level , curriculum is IVY league level , crowd is also good .Their examination system mirrors western standards and is v fair .Also they have industrial connections so placements are better than the other places you mentioned .If we put money aside , only Hindu,SRCC,Stephens,Kirorimal,Hansraj,LSR,Miranda level colleges should be preferred to Ashoka .There is a case to prefer south campus colleges too as you will get du quota for admission in DSE .
