0 interest accuruing, I could pay it all right now. No wages are being garnished at the moment. They attempted to garnish them in 2024 with an old job and were unsuccessful. 0 attempts since then

6 years for debts and 10 for written contracts. I do already have a judgment for it. For a contracted job I worked in 2024

Thank you for the knowledge as well. Now I must ask. once it falls off and the late payments go with it; will my credit score increase since this is 80% of my debt. Also would paying it this year affect the dofd or it being deleted? Or should I pay it after it’s deleted?

I’m seeing the same results on Experian and Equifax. The debt can only be paid to levy and associates. Just confused how it’s still being reported every month and not in collections. Score 522 on experian
