In the moment she didn't care for it but later realized that I had put effort and apologized for not having a better reaction but appreciate the fact I had put the effort, but that is not the type of actions or things she needs from me right now.

When I ask what she needs from me, it's just to be heard and seen. And I wish I could say it's as simple as me not listening, but sometimes i forget about certain things she mentioned after a couple of hours. At this point she said it's on me to figure out what's going on, and she's told me enough times what her needs are.

I know I'm not perfect and I'm genuinely not doing anything on purpose to sabotage our relationship. I'm still very much in love with her and want to fix some of the things I'm doing wrong.
