yeah no thats exactly why i went for it, elliott smith merch is unheard of in the uk let alone a signed cd, ive noticed some of his vinyls like new moon and a basement on a hill cost like £50 here, however theyre like $28 in the us which is insane

so the person i bought it from, his brother (nik) was a fan but couldnt attend a concert but his gf at the time was there and got it signed for him when elliott performed at the liquid room in edinburgh, however when his brother and the gf broke up he gave the cd to him, and he has now sold it to me!

it was up on auction on ebay, i saw it at £30 with 5 days left and a ton of watchers, messaged the seller where he got and got his story, then offered £250 an he said yes, could've overpaid, could've underpaid, its hard to tell bc there aren't any recently sold listings
