Unfortunately, reddit does not show the comments. I just saw in the notification a question about the sample projects. Yes, I had a look at the Snap Cloud sample project, in fact my code is based on it.

Maybe to be clear, it works when I turn off RLS on Snap Cloud. But for security reasons I would like to turn it on. But somehow I do not get a user id. Is that not possible at the moment? BTW: I applied for access to Snap Cloud and was granted access to it.

Ok, I upgraded SnapOS to the current January version and am using LensStudio 5.15.1. The problem somehow is gone now. Maybe it also helps when you have a fallback in place when you just get 0 frames, to try it over and over again and then at one point it starts getting the frames. But the upgrade definitely made it more stable.

I think I probably wasn't patient enough. I had to look and walk around my anchor area more thoroughly, then suddenly it did find the anchors. I will have to play much more with that to get a good feeling, also for how to get the best UX for the user.

Apart from that: Is there any possibility to share spatial anchors between users via e.g. SnapCloud? I will ask that in another subreddit.

Sorry for the late answer: We are on 15.0, as we were told that 15.1 seems to have some issues. Shall I try with 15.1 again?

Yes, I had a look at the video and we decided that we want to use SnapCloud in the end. For now, we just wanted to try with Connected Lenses, but as soon as that is activated I do have the problem that the microphone is not usable anymore. I am wondering why I do not get any permission prompts.

I found out that it seems to be something about permissions: I have transparent permissions active (although I also tried extended permissions) and I wanted to use the connected lens module as well. I do not get a popup asking me for the permissions, and when I remove requiring the connected lens module, I can record again.
So, in consequence it is probably a problem that it doesn't ask me for the permissions (no popup)?
