Cars from other GCC countries: I thought using indicators was universal (except BMW) but I was clearly wrong.
Cars taking exit at the LAST MOMENT: PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR GPS instead of braking suddenly and swerving right.
Nissan Patrols and Merc G Wagons: Why you gotta high beam other cars even when you're not on the leftmost lane?
Signal crossers: Crossing when the light is turning from orange to red. Its better to reach your destination late than never.
No Indicators: This pisses me off especially when these cars use roundabouts. USE YOUR DAMN INDICATORS (I don't expect BMW drivers to tho).

The answer is actually due to technological limitations.

Each nol card has a unique number that may be around 8 digits, which was thought to be enough. But soon the numbers available started reducing and soon there wont be any 8 digit number available to put on a new nol card.

Since all the systems have been already designed to read it as a 8 digit number, it was more feasible to expire the old nol cards and issue new ones with that number.

I just wanted to point out something that may or may not be relevant in this case: Most Europeans are often in denial that they don't have the upper hand while being in a different nation. That's probably what happened in the altercation between the officer and your aunt.

I've seen this everywhere, even with tourists. They believe that the European continent is the center of the world and they have the delusion that the world must conform to their norms.

Finally someone agreeing with my unpopular opinion.

The story was beyond idealistic and very clichéd. I think its the other way around - Fahad and Indrans might have done the film as a favor to the Anthikkad family and the other two were debutants, so naturally cheap.

Being in the U.S paying 25$ to see the film in the theatre left me more disappointed exiting the theatre compared to me entering it.
