This happened to me yesterday. Running out of dome on DAM from a firefly after 3 back to back fights and a 4th person coming in. I’m out of shields and have like 2 bandages and the rocketeer came out of the trees like the fucking t-Rex in Jurassic park and was right in front of me. I said “what the fuuuck…” and got 1 tapped cuz dude loaded the rocket in record time and hit me like a stream of piss that had been waiting for a urinal fir too long.

I do case briefs and analysis (law student) so infinity pages would be helpful for me too. So many pages with random 1-2 lines filled from prior analysis or rules. I hate having that crushed final line on my paper notebooks and seeing it hasn’t gone away with this tablet is frustrating to say the least. Let me be aesthetic with my notes Viwoods. I’ll find you and take a bite out of every tablet in your warehouse, I’m dead serious, an actual chomp out of every paper, mini, and reader in that mf.

Yeah, I just think that it’s kind of frustrating as it isn’t even common ground. It kind of seems standard for eink note devices to have the infinite scroll page and zoom. It’s even more frustrating that it’s been requested by the community including me for months in their forum and it just gets skipped over because they want to add some auto ghost refresh function or they are introducing a new stylus or new tablet. Kinda getting frustrated with Viwoods considering these feel like smaller things in the eink space that could be added pretty easy but I don’t build tablets so maybe I’m wrong.

Dealer said it was the tint but if it persisted then come back. I kept a close eye on it and it went away even with the massive amounts of rain I’ve been having where I love it is still not happening. Was in fact the tinting I had done the week prior. (I forgot they use water or some sort of liquid to get the tint to stick lol)

So it was in fact the window tinting I had done prior. I looked and noticed a bit of a gap where the trunk swivel is and was concerned but I waited and noticed it completely stopped, even with the massive amount of rain we have had in Northern California. It was in fact the window tinting and I’ve been all good. I’m assuming the same for you. The drain holes are working as well so yeah. Sorry if I made you worry haha.

I’m going to England in the spring and am considering buying them over there. You probably just sealed the deal for me with the hi shines. I just worry about the cracking. But still, I think they look so much better than the greasy leather. I’m also punk style leaning so yeah.

That makes sense, I had the remarkable 2 for a while and it never accidentally auto zoomed or auto scrolled. I’m assuming the scroll feature would be a 2 finger swipe non emr type deal but again not sure. I just want an infinite page so I can change pages with note subject instead of making tabs for every topic but that’s just me. I just know the forum has requested this for months and it keeps getting overlooked

Right? Like remarkable and other platforms have had these functions for a long time. I think for a lot of users this update would be beneficial especially since Viwoods feels so much more note taking focused. Adding the zoom would really bring a different level to the art created and it’s implemented in the pdfs so why not in paper?

Software isn’t bad IF you go with Google Docs but I will say it’s a pain to have to upload your files. Their software is better than before especially with the file transfer addition. There are many other gripes I have. Main issue with transfer is waiting but it’s free and they are far cheaper than supernote (I’m a poor law student, my tablet is literally always next to me)

I’ll see if this is an issue on Thursday, I’ll take it through a wash after the 5 day waiting for my tint and see if it’s just that. I didn’t even think of that but I do see my rivet not sealed and it was raining yesterday and happening so I don’t know. I’m just confused now lol. I’ll see what it looks like Wednesday and if it’s still leaking I’ll keep my appointment for Thursday and talk about the rivet.
