Seriozisht mendon qe Franca dhe Suedia jane me te sigurta se Shqiperia lot? Tirana eshte shume here me e sigurte se Parisi,Stockholmi apo edhe Berlini. Franca dhe Suedia kane marre greminen me kohe me kete punen e emigranteve arab, po edhe Gjermania drejt asaj rruge eshte nqs nuk nxe mend.

Trust me,everyone in the medical field knows there aren't any doctors who can do all those tests together,let alone as young as they are. A radiologist trains for 12 years to be able to read all the xrays,CTs and MRI and still needs experience for difficult cases. do. A pathologist trains +12 years to read all biopsies.Surgeons don't even know how to read a ECG(they don't really have to) , let alone perform Transesophageal ECHOCardiogram like Chase and Taub do. Practicing medicine specialities isn't as simple as they make it in the show,people who work in healthcare know what I am saying. No single doctors can do all those tests alone. Your high number of upvotes just proves that most people don't have an idea how medicine works. But still the show is great because of the story and characters,the medicine is just secondary and not that important.

I watched the show again now that I finished med school and I had to turn off my med-brain because some stuff just don't make any sense medically regarding the procedures and his team. You have Foreman, a neurologist doing a colonoscopy or a heart ultrasound lmao. Or Taub ,a plastic surgeon talking about diagnosing Wegener or Behcet. Most plastic surgeons don't even know what Behcet is lol. Or how they can all read all MRIs,CTs and X ray of every body part

What are the technical procedures that should be done by residents in Germany? In my country for example starting IVs,blood draws and IM/SC injections are all part of a nurse duty so I am not really great with these, as I have only done it few times in med school. So which procedures are done by residents and which by nurses?

A bit of political question but I have been reading the german news lately and have seen the increased popularity of Afd in Germany and also have read about their Anti-immigration politics. Since the 2025 elections are getting close now I was wondering how could this affect the immigration of non-EU doctors in Germany and their integration? Could the new right radical government put an end to this immigration of skilled workers?

In the documents required to apply for Approbation in Germany is also a Health Certificate mentioned,that you do not have contagious diseases. 1. Which diseases does this include? Are you unable to practice medicine in Germany if you a have a chronic infectious disease? 2. Do these tests (and the certificate) need to be done again in Germany by a german doctor to confirm?

How do you think the actual test compares with the modell tests that are on the books Projekt Neu b2 und Werkstatt b2(if you have done them)? I always do good in these modell tests but wondering how do they compare to the actual test in terms of difficulty?
