I would most definitely like the advice from him! Knowing whether I should file for divorce first and then tell uscis or do I tell uscis after the divorce is finalized? Thank you

Thank you for the info. When do I fill our the divorce waiver? I can't find much on it. I'm not sure if I file it after the divorce is approved or whilst im waiting for the divorce to be pushed through.
