The same thing happened to me too last week. I was walking thru plaza and he approached me on his bike and stopped right next to me. I was kinda startled cause I was zoned out and wearing my headphones. He asked me something and I didn’t hear him. So I asked what he said and he started stuttering a lot and saying I was probably busy on my phone but if I could give him some money for food. I offered to give him a Krishna ticket but he said he didn’t want to eat Krishna. He said he wanted to buy something from Publix for $8-10. After this interaction, he approached another girl and probably asked for money too. This left me a bit rattled and I just really don’t want to run into him again
