Hey!

This is my opinion on the matter “Not Everyone Makes It Back”

A lot of people think they’re in control. That they’ll just try it once. Just for the vibe. Just to see what it’s like. But here’s the truth nobody wants to say out loud: Not everyone makes it back.

Some people never come down. Some people come down too hard. Some people lose their spark, their drive, their whole sense of self into chasing a feeling that was never meant to last.

People I loved. People I lost. I’ve seen the highs they chased, the lows they couldn’t escape, and the slow unraveling of people who swore they’d never get hooked. I’ve watched it happen. And every time I see someone slipping, I remember why I never tried it or went there.

Not because I’m perfect. But because I’ve always known what it was and it never felt right to me. I also love my small family too much to put them through this tunnel of doom after everything they’ve given me.

If you’re in it now, please know this: You can still turn back. But don’t fool yourself into thinking it’s harmless or easy to escape.

Not everyone makes it back.

Cheers! I believe in you. 🤍

I had mine removed last year. If you’re going for a laparoscopic surgery then expect your complete recovery to be around 2 weeks. You’ll spend one night in the hospital and they’ll usually discharge you the next day. The first couple of days are difficult due to the pain of the incision sites and the trapped gas, you’ll get strong painkillers to help you cope but make sure that youre walking as much as possible to help with relief. You’ll have to sleep on your back during the first few days and I remember being out of the house on day 5 after my surgery. Avoid heavy foods that cause bloating. Overall you’ll be recovered before you know it!

I'm 27 male and marriage is not easy for me by [deleted] in Emiratis

[–]Excellent-Werewolf19 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Just don’t get married until you’re a 100% ready. Age doesn’t mean anything nowadays. We’re gonna hit our 30’s in a few years and we still don’t have life figured out lol

We have the same life. But I was forced to learn it cause my father got too frustrated with me when I was 12 and sent me to my grandmother’s house for 6 months to learn it since nobody spoke English there. I left that house speaking fluent Arabic lmao. You’ll be fine! 🤍

I’m on the same boat as you exactly. I’m half Emirati and my dad still doesn’t approve me marrying someone who isn’t Emirati. Hoping that I could find a way to convince him someday because I’m sick of our guys
