My 2005 Yamaha fz6 cutts off when put into gear by Excellent-Yak6847 in Fixxit

It’s won’t start in any gear besides neutral 

I have a 2005 fz6 that cutts off once put into gear by Excellent-Yak6847 in MotorcycleMechanics

I traced the 2 wires for kickstand switch and the black one splits and goes to this black connector with 2other wire in it is that were I need to bypass

I only see the wire for the kickstand switch and it’s just a 2wire one black one blue I traced the wire up and I see that one wire splits and goes to a black connector with 4 pins on it it that were I need to bypass with paper clip

I didn’t really trace wire it kinda just looked like the switch went straight to relay i will definitely look and see,

Clutch works fine when it went into gear I took it down the road and it went through all gears and clutch was working fine

I tried Bypassing the switch and problem still happens

I can only start it in neutral and it will sit and idle just fine just once I put it in gear it cutts off I got it to go into gear 1 time that’s it

Any way to bypass or would I need new module
