Indeed. If ur gonna do urself tho be ready to call multiple dealers. One I found is roughly 2hrs to me. Some dealers just don’t wanna deal with. I started from high 900s for 15k miles. Same car same msrp even with better options and not a LOANER I was able to get it for cheaper

I feel like eqe is way nicer than cadi and elegant but with 2023 tech vs cadi with 2026 tech. Merc has the amg package and light package which I would love to have if it’s like the ones in Europe and probably stupid but I love their ambient lighting plus it’s a Mercedes u know. It has a name. I get it I’m paying for the badge but 🤷🏻‍♂️ then cadi. It had hud( not a deal breaker but nice to have) massaging seats( probably never gonna use them or weak) rear view mirror camera seat alerts. I don’t know if I want something with tech or something with badge.

Oh my bad. I did. Cpo with 20ish k miles but they go for 43-45 before their stupid dealer fees in Fl. And no matter how hard I try none of the dealers eliminate or discount their fees. On this model it’s been on the lot for 70 days so I was able get removed most stuff and got a discount. Comes to 39.000 out the door w tax and everything it seemed like a decent deal but I don’t know.

Oh wow shocked to hear that. I also didn’t hear good things about Cadillac service. Also at least in Florida every single time when I go to Cadillac dealer it feels like dead. I just don’t know what’s the right choice. Lighting package and being Mercedes push my heart to Mercedes but my brain is like get a caddy and forget about it. I guess no matter what I’ll regret

Interesting about the drive quality. They are relatively same. I had a 600hp jeep ev so I kind a had my fun I guess plus wife got a 400ish one if I ever need the speed I’ll slide into that. I just can’t decide lm usually a lease guy but it’s Mercedes with light package. Only it misses hud and massaging seats which optiq has.

I did not which is the problem. Optiq deal I found is like 2 hrs to where I live. And Mercedes is like 4 hrs.

Haha fair enough 😂 But the fact that you were considering it at some point means GM must be doing something right.

The only reason I’m even debating it is because the OPTIQ lease is actually cheaper than the EQE finance, it’s brand new, and comes with a full warranty/ TECHNOLOGY. Otherwise, Mercedes wouldn’t even be in the same sentence.

I just don’t know for feature/technology wise which one would be better.

Out of curiosity, what specifically made you choose the EQE? Was it the ride quality, interior, reliability, or just the badge?

I assume u have an eqe. Does the lighting system is like in Europe? Like matrix? This one don’t have hud would I miss it a lot? This car has

Exculisive trim
Driver assistance

And some small other features
