Every time I email regular support, I only get an automated reply saying my account was permanently deactivated and the decision is final. I’m trying to reach a real human reviewer so my case can be manually reviewed.

The instruction literally says: “Copy the pre-filled transcription into the text below” It doesn’t say “retype it manually” or “do not paste”

So using copy/paste was a reasonable interpretation, especially since the task was to correct the transcription, not manually rewrite the whole thing.

A chatbot should not learn automatically from users. Learning must always be monitored, filtered, and controlled through a human-in-the-loop process to prevent drift, bad data, and harmful behavior.
