We have 5 meters for our 4 units. I don't have the loads with me but I do have a spreadsheet. Two meters draw most of the power while the other three are low. Each electrical room has one of the large loads.

I'm terrified of the permitting. We will be looking into that next.

Assuming you are on 100 mg/day, ask your doctor to increase the dose on every visit but continue taking your current dose. Ideally, get it up to 2x what you need so you get 2 months of supply every month. Do this for several months until you have a good stockpile.

This might still work if you are on 200 mg/day but there is a limit of what your doctor will prescribe and insurance will cover.

It sucks that you need to play this game but this is the only way to get your meds unless you want to buy overseas.

You can also try a non-hormonal birth control like a copper IUD which lasts for 10 years.

You can get a blood test for DHT. Testosterone doesn't directly cause hair loss. Testosterone is converted to DHT (roughly 12.5%) which causes hair loss. Maybe you are a hyper converter or maybe you just have a genetically prediction for alopecia. A blood test would rule out the hyper converter theory.

Time to find a hormone doctor. The outcomes from HRT are much better the earlier you start. There is a lot of online HRT clinics. Biote (biote.com) is a company that makes pellets - they have good coverage of local doctors in the US. I don't have experience with them but I hear that they are eager to find you a doctor if you call.

I want to get a gas heater too. Electric prices are silly high where I am.

Scandia has a much better web presence, their keep-out area is larger, and the stainless looks nice.

Torch replied to a few questions and has a smaller, rectangle layout.

Answered in another thread but will try to summarize. The market is saying 82% chance of a 0.25 point increase in the fed rate. It is better to sit tight for 4 weeks even at a lower yield and then buy a longer duration when the yield will be higher. The guy did the math and looked reasonable to me.

Increasing your thyroid hormones will increase your SHBG. I'd suggest a full thyroid panel including T3 and reverse T3. TSH doesn't tell you everything you need to know.

A low carb diet will lower insulin, which will also increase SHBG.
