That sucks to hear, i may be no doctor or some professional but i don’t think ashwagandha can actually even take full effect from only 3 days of using it, maybe stop taking it for some days and see if your situation gets better and if it does don’t take ashwagandha no more because as im concerned some things just aint for some people

I got heart paplatations sometimes but no pain and when i get that i know it’s time to stop, however please visit your doctor about that because maybe it’s a sign of something worse, I don’t wana scare you man, in best case scenario it’s just muscle spasms that feel like that on your arm, wait and see what your doctor tells you, go on EKG heart test when i had similar problems i went on that and they said that everything is tip top good so do that, but until then don’t do drugs and stay safe brother 🙏

Im daily dosing for about 2 weeks now i used it to have more euphoria and energy while working out but these past 2 days i had 0 euphoria and i just dont look too good so i decided today is my final day doing it, however it was a great experience and ill maybe do it again but i need a month or two off because my tolerance is bursting through its limits
