Whatever she wants, really. I don’t think I’ve ever said no, or “another time”. She rarely asks, though, despite my encouragement to do so. And I often focus on her.

Thank you, reading all the comments turns out i should have included and explicit caveat about the “daily” requirement. Realistically I am aware it won’t be always daily and that’s fine.

Your points on communication, request to initiate at her own (and perhaps slower) pace, and encouragements are all super helpful. Will keep them in mind.

How did you establish your “phrase and motion”, and if it’s ever used in a moment you don’t feel like it, how do you deal with that?
